Joey Logano

Really though.... on the short list of drivers to win below 25... not too bad... any driver who can win at this level at that age is good...he's very likely to pass Kurt and Petty... 3rd all time is okay with me. Especially behind those two.
It's really solid...he turns 25 on the day of the Coke 600 next year so I'd be surprised if he isn't a solid 3rd on the list by the end of that race. Could get into double digits.

I don't him see him slowing down much afterwards either. I'm confident he'll be a champion someday.

Brian is making it easier & easier every few years

2020 NASCAR SPRINT CUP SERIES "CHASE FOR THE CUP" SYSTEM

10 races to go, the points get reset. Top 43 make the Chase. Top 30 will receive a championship title at the conclusion of the Homestead race.

There is hope for Danica.

I dont see how this is at all easier than last year or any year since the chase started... if anything it'll be tougher. No coming back from a bad run unless you win. Which.. unlike what seems to be the general consensus around here... is not easy.

Joey is 25th in practice right now :)

Not sure why but it's been a good thing lately when he practices poorly. Sat 17th and 23rd in last weeks practices. I think they just know what to look for without worrying about the raw speed... Todd Gordon is a genius when it comes to over night adjustments.

I find it more difficult to be the best over the course of the season in all conditions and on all kinds of tracks rather than to get streaky at the right time. It won't be easy to win but there's more of a possibility for fluke results, in terms of both advancements and eliminations.

I'm a Giants fan but I'd be lying if I said I thought they were actually the best team in 2007 and 2011.

I've used that same analogy many times. The NFL gets to justify that kind of thing with division playoffs, but nascar doesn't. "We're NOT stick and ball" they yammered, while trying to copy stick and ball playoff formats.

Like I said when the Brain spoke last year about the new format, if the racing is more exciting, I'll go along and not care who is champion. So far, so good.

LOL At this Austin Dillon Vs Joey thing theyre talking about in practice... do they realize Joey never ran a full season in any other series?

Just so y'all know.... It's about time I go back into super Joey fan mode... some of you will most likely roll your eyes... others will not know wtf I'm talking about... Just a fair warning... It's on maaa****as :D

....Just let the thread die
