My only impressions of Samantha are from some little videos she did some years ago that I watched, and frankly the impression was NOT very good. Be that as it may, I wouldn't wish what Kyle and Samantha are going through on ANYBODY, and I'm sincerely sad for them. Things like losing a child are far more profound and heart wrenching then any of stupid things that go on around a race track that we like to argue about.
My wife and I suffered 2 miscarrages before we were lucky enough to have our son. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Heart goes out to them.
When you meet her, you realize that what she shares with her husband is that she doesn't care what anybody thinks of her. She is what she is. She hears the bull**** though, and genuinely feels sorry for them. I chuckle when I see idiots say something about her here....she would own them with kindness.
Thanks for sharing your insight. I assume you speak from personal experience and that will override any impression I may have based on a short tv/video clip.Samantha Busch is a treasure. This is one of the kindest most humble human beings I have ever met. When you get a chance to meet her, she comes off like she has known you your whole life. She wants to know about you. ANYBODY taking a shot at her ever is an idiot. I think that in this context, she feels that maybe others will suffer less if they feel less alone. As always with Samantha, she is more concerned you--even when she is hurting.
That video was genuinely difficult to watch. Can't imagine what they are going through. My thoughts go out to them.
I'm sure it helps her in a way also. Expressing things can be tough, but sometimes it can be really healthy to give the hurting part of you a voice100% certain that she didn't want to do it, but kept her word to those following their story because she knew that it would help someone. That is Samantha.
To bump this, I feel so bad. Kyle Busch reminds me of LeBron James, and other entertainers, such as Bo Burnham. Whether it's deliberate or not, celebrities today have two personas, their stage Persona / their sport persona, and their actual self.
I think the Kyle Busch we see in yhe race car, and in interviews is a bit more theatrical exaggerated version of himself..he definitely plays the villain and has fun with it. Everything we see about him outside of the sport, whether it's him and his wife, or the two of them at foundations, seems to show a more genuine side of Kyle. I noticed this during the 2016 final four marketing tour. He has a chill personality, and Kyle seems like a good dad and a pretty good guy to hang around. Things like this tend to humanize him, and it just kind of sucks. He has the best year of his career, and misses out. Then loses a child. Feel really bad for him hope he and Samantha can overcome this
