Kyle Busch and his chitty luck.....

If this crew has been making these kind of mistakes on a repeated basis then the crew chief has to pinpoint the problem areas and fix the problem even if it means going outside of the organization and bringing in outside help. There is a lot of money invested here and you just can't keep making mistakes over and over. I do understand how upsetting this is for Kyle when his crew keeps making mistakes, but when he loses his cool and starts yelling and cussing it is not going to help the situation at all. All that will do is make the situation worse and make him look like an azz. If the leader can't keep his cool then how is the rest of the team suppose to.

I seriously doubt this would ever happen, Kurt getting his emotions in check that is.

I have my doubts too. I think it's just as likely Kurt ends up being the first driver signed to Kyles Cup team. When Kyle gets loose of JGR, well get to watch and laugh at MFR.

If I were a member of Pee Wee N'wide pit crew and I made the kinds of mistakes they have made this season, I would fully expect to be yelled at, cussed out and fired.

As was said before. Do your job right or be ready to be called out. And if you don't like it, go to work for Danica's team... She will never talk bad about her crew.

I wanna shed a tear for FB.

His level of sensitivity over a crewman getting yelled at is touching!

I wanted to be a KyBu fan and tried for a while but I have a hard time respecting anyone who doesnt respect anyone else, not even themselves. Talent or not he is and always will be an ass.

Maybe I wasn't clear on this. Cursing and yelling is bad, but getting personal and calling anyone something as vile as "Mother Sucker" is punches in bunches time. These guys put their lives on the line more than these drivers do, and they have to execute a precision ballet in fast foward. Mistakes will happen. It's just part of the deal. What do these guys get, $600 for the weekend?

This is why I don't like Kyle. Just uncalled for. If he wants to rant do without turning the Mic on.
:bsflag:

The real problem here is that the radio communication should be between driver and crew. Period. And if a driver rants on his crappy crew on the team radio, he should be able to, and that communication should be able to stay between the driver and crew not broadcast to the world.

In any situation completely losing your mind and calling people the names he called his crew calls for an advanced arse kicking of the extreme kind

That's the way it is. Kyle is certainly someone who would like to hide his attitude from the world. The best he can do is save it for a team meeting. I have a feeling he doesn't have the balls to stand in front of one of his crew and call him a mother sucker. So he gets personal and humiliates them in front of the whole world, then apologises when it's ass kicking time.

But that's my point. These team radios, in my opinion, should be just that. Team radios, not for "the whole world" to hear.
And I repeat, y'all seem to have forgotten Harvick at Fontana in the past, berating his crew on the radio for the whole race. And not only that, threw them under the bus on camera in the post race interview as well.

I wouldn't call it humiliation in front of the whole world though just because how many people really know any of the pit crews names? Even the most die hard fans probably don't know that info. The only time we really get to see these guys is at the all star pit crew challenege.

I've never defended Harvick's rants. Do you have any examples of him calling his team vile names? I see a difference between "You guys are executing like ass holes" and "You all are a bunch of mother suckers".

Errr....what? We have to know their names for it be public humiliation?

Exactly, in na$cars quest to further enrich themselves they've sold access between driver/cc/spotter to the world without regard to their privacy.
How long do you think it'll be before fines are issued for "inappropriate language" between driver and crew chief?

I remember Juunyer getting a 10k fine for saying "chit" after winning a race, wonder what a mofo go for?

Time for another change, FB? I would have thought that Aunt Flo would have moved out by now...

Pointing to bad behavior to justify Kyle's behavior is a sign of people willing to make any excuse based on fanboy feelings.
