Nice to see him at the front! He had a great car on Sunday. Tony was just a bit better at that stage of the race. Who knows how fast Pee Wee might have been after another round of adjustments...

The best one I remember, the first night race at Daytona. He hit a tire on pit road. Started with RC and worked his way down the list, discussing their ancestry and eyesight in detail.

I would love to hear a recording of that. It was probably unintentionally hilarious.
I was sitting on the backstretch with my dad. His eyes got big as saucers when Dale went into his little tirade. My dad said "He's mad, isn't he." I almost fell over laughing. Yes, Dad, he was mad.
