Kyle Busch...running out of talent or racing angry?

Well this isnt a biased thread. All 3 were racing incedents.

Myself I only addressed Darlington, I didnt defend him for the other two.
As for the aggressivness Kasey right or wrong has to be engaged in stopping it, if he doesnt want it to continue.

Mark Martin is rare with his "too nice" driving principles, hundreds of people prepare their cars, and you owe it to them as well as yourself to set up some ground rules Kasey needs to rough him up a little, harrass him on restarts. There is quid quo pro involved, give me enough pain and the pain for pain switch gets turned on.

Until Kasey sets the expectation it will be the same old s. Itis double file restarts , it is no longer yesterdays rules. The dignity of a Martin, or Kahne will get used up. You have to be fast and push the envelope, because acquiring good track postion when the green drops is huge, before dirty air gets established.

I also realize retaliation is a two foot forward one foot backward thing, but doing it now during the regular season is key. Enter the chase with them giving you some respect.

I don't think I have ever seen a racer that so many fans are obsessed over. Some fans love him and some fans hate him. But one things for sure...Kyle Busch has everyones attention. And that means $$$$$$$$$$.

Dale Earnhardt had the same love/hate following. I remember in the 90's it was Jeff Gordon.
Generally, the drivers that everyone is bitching about can be found all throughout the record books.
I'm reading a book about the life of AJ Foyt right now and you talk about a driver that fans could love to hate. He makes Kyle look like a poster child. AJ would have probably went up after the race and pulled Kasey out of his car just because he passed him and got in his way:)

He actually didn't "run into" Kasey. He got real close but he didn't touch him.

I hope Kurt doesn't read this forum because if he does he might be a little pissed at Kyle. He goes out and gets his Indy car license and the next day he beats his brother for the pole...and still all we talk about is is brother.:D Poor Kurt just can't get a break.:(

I agree; childish games.
Try to come up with something with a little more substance ;)
Kyle drove in low, mashed the splitter and pushed up. Kasey got a wicked run on the outside of Kyle, passed him, over drove the corner and got in the fence.
The difference is that Kyle declined an interview and Kasey whined during his interview.
Racing deal. Move on to Charlotte.

We should make a list of drivers fans loved to hate because they won too much . Put DW and Rusty on it . Both are in the HOF.

IMO, Daytona and Talladega don't count. There's a long, fat list of drivers that have wiped out half the field at plate race.

Maybe Daytona, but when a driver moves to a guys QP and turns into it, it's real obvious what he was trying to do. I seem to remember a rookie bumping Mr. Ed a few times a while back. Perhaps it's time for Kahne to Edwards Kyle a couple of times. You know, just to teach him some patience.:D

Calling him 'rowdy' and 'wild thing' just feeds his ego. This last video where he takes Jr out, not his fault his car washed up and made contact......

This is what I love about dirty drivers. They generate opinions.

After watching Kyle get loose and slde up the track, DW's analysis is that KASEY drove it in too hard. lol SMH.....

Reading some of these posts makes one thing clear. DW has some competition for the 'Kyle Busch nut hugger of the year' award. :)

I can't say anything bout the Super Speedway wrecks, but I do know at Darlington, it was 75% Kasey's Fault. He was the one that pulle doff the radical entry and slide job first. Hard to explain but at 180mph when you are banging fenders for the lead and getting late in race, your reactions can be affected by how you are raced. Matter of fact I would go as far as to say Kasey got himself wrecked there.

Jeez, I hope something happens in the All Star race so we have something to hash about in the week before the Coke 600 :D

Maybe we should petition to shut down the forums from Monday to Thursday. While we're at it, we could aslo have the admins post a list of acceptable topics, with a variety of opinions to chose from.

Good morning everyone...I see that the KB soap opera is still going strong.

And let's not forget about Kyles 113 NASCAR victories. He's now only 87 away from the King's mark. A mere 88 wins away from taking over the most wins of all time and becoming the greatest of all time.

LOL

Funny how the whining posts about what a bad topic this is are keeping it up top.

I love when a plan comes together. :lol2:

Don't worry kybu will wreck somebody, probably KK, in that one also.

I listened to Kyles in car radio after he wrecked Kasey, and he said his right FRONT was going down. Isn't that the corner he hit Kasey with? Either Kyle doesn't know the difference from behind the wheel, or his crew covered his ass (which isn't unusual) by saying it was a rear tire.

He may not have wrecked Kasey on purpose. But he did drive that corner irresponsibly, stupidly.. He's been leading a lot of laps and I think that is the ONLY reason he hasn't already had his meltdown this year. Soon as he's loses the lead... his car sucks, he's yelling at his crew chief, taking people out in amazingly idiotic moves of desperation and has the worst attitude on camera I think I've ever seen. He's a great driver but a poor sport. Just a matter of time until one of those alter-ego's takes over and he either dominates or ends up in the doghouse like big brother Kurt. He has to learn he can't lead every lap, I'd be willing to bet if he didn't worry so much about getting up front and leading all day, he would have had more wins last year, how many races did he lead the most laps without winning last year? 9 or 10? He'll be p front complaining his car sucks. If he drives a 10th place car around in 10th place for half the race improving on it by the end, he'd be a lot better off than driving like a man possessed to get to the front with a 10th place car then having a winning car by the end but not winning because he drove too hard for the first 2/3rds of the race...Just my opinion.
