Kyle Busch...running out of talent or racing angry?

It must be me . I'm old . Back in the day we would have been talking about the great racing not disecting it like a coroner . All those great finishes that they keep showing of tv where guys ended up spinning accross the finish line . Did anyone ever bitch about who touched who ? Or did they just go down in history as great finishes ? Is it me ? Or is it Kyle Busch?

What a pleasant surprise to come home from a back breaking day on the roof and see the drama is still lathered on thick! Thanks for all the amazing entertainment guys...I love it!

when Kurt was racing Cravens, they were both going for the finish line side by side, cross overs, slide jobs you name it, neither one was trying to take the other one out, just driving to get an advantage. Too many times Kyle gets under a car and slides up knocking the other car out of the race, or hitting a car in the rear corner spinning them out while he usually gets by them. I was a big Unser Jr fan. his race with Emerson Fittipaldi was another classic race. But even though I was a Jr fan, watching the replay showed that Little Al over drove the corner and slid up into Emo. Shrub more often than not does this stuff on purpose, is a sore looser and isn't a good sportsman IMO.

Seriously?!!
If we chalk this up to good 'ol fashioned, beatin' & bangin' then the thread dies and what fun would that be? :D

Again , as a fan of the both of them , and as someone who had both of them in the pool , I was a bit shocked at how aggressively Kasey drove into that corner . Anyone watching had to have thought , like I did , that both of them weren't coming out of that corner in one piece. Kasey was intent on taking the lead and Kyle didn't want to move over and let him have it . I don't know if Kyle had a tire issue before that corner and was going slower , maybe that's what made Kasey's entry look so fast . Whatever . I thought it was great racing and neither driver gave the other any quarter . Door handle to door handle , beatin and bangin for the win . That's what everyone should be talking about .
Last night on "Nascar Now" Ricky Craven showed a lot of different views from slow motion to overhead shots and he drawed some lines to show what he feels happened, and his view was basically about the same as yours.

It was a boring race, which is why we're here. Nobody, including you, started a "What a great race" thread. While we're on the subject of great entertainment, anyone watch that amazing Boston come back against Toronto?

What's he going say, look who is paying his salary, and probably the reason he on the tube in the first place is his race with Kurt. They show the ending every year, why, because it is by far the best finish they ever had. This was the only action they had this year. what Danica keeps the fenders on, Kenseth, running a distant third, gets a gimme?

Seriously . Is this not the thrilling , win at all costs , side by side racing that folks here say is missing from Nascar ?Were they racing single file , points racing , waving each other by ? No ! This is what you've been asking for people . Now all you want to talk about is who hit who?

Well, I tried to talk about hockey, but you won't cooperate.:p

Do people really not get the whole drama and fan of a driver thing?

yes we do, can't wait until somebody dumps the shrub, he has it coming..and I will be saying..oh man I didn't see anything, that was jus racin.:)

It pretty much is the same thing as Joey did to Denny. Only difference is it was the last lap and if you DON'T do that for the win on the last lap your a fool. Kyle did it with 33 laps remaining(kind of like denny did to joey at Bristol ;))... he just can't handle not being in front and drove stupidly.

I don't think it made any difference who was paying him...because he scolded both of their azzes.

Good point. Joey didn't even wreck Denny and bunch of people were up in arms. Kyle wrecks Kasey 3 times and he gets a pass from those same people.

There's all kinds of fish. I'm mainly talking about those that can't resist posting in a thread they disaprove of. The rest are just defending their drivers honor. :)

I don't think Kyle has intentionaly wrecked Kasey, but he keeps deciding to race out of control when he's around the #5 car. I believe that's what most drivers call disrespecting them. If you have respect for another driver, you make sure you maintain control of your car and avoid ruining their race.

LOL Fender

Kyle has 2 wins this year to Brads BIG OLD GOOSE EGG, and is only 1 point behind him in points...

Kyle is a hard racer.

Well I watched this video I dident like him before after watching this you can see what a total ass he really is there is so much more that can be said , how much money has he cost HIS team and others but his own stupidness. How can anyone say that he is so great. Just don't see it. Someone needs to take him to the woodshed.

I love these Kyle bashing threads:rolleyes:

good deal, I watched it too, that is why I posted it. it is no wonder Hendrick got rid of him, definitely not a team player. One thing about it, he is consistent, doesn't matter if it is one of his teammates or another driver, he screws them all. :) loved it when he said Montoya turned him because anybody knows about the air on these cars get close to the rear quarter and it turns the car.
