My thing is has Penske learned anything about these rockets at the beginning of the race and then they fade unless a caution comes out or make the needed adjustments. They are horrible in the long runs.

I don't understand what's happening with Tony.

I hate to say it, but I think Tony has won his last Cup race. Something's just been off with him the last couple years. The physical and mental toll of the last two years might be too much.
