Damn I love Florida.A decent 2 bedroom apartment here will run $2500+/month.
I love Texas.Damn I love Florida.
Let me rephrase that. Damn my wallet loves Florida.I love California

It’s crazy here. The bubble has got to burst soon.No wonder my Uncle moved from California to Texas.
Yikes man, I make about $2,500-3,000 a month...
What’s a 5-1/2?Just to make you all sh!t your pants ... Mum's 5 1/2 (with parking) is about $800 CDN. As she's a Co-Op member ... she pays half that. They put a new roof on this year, and changed all the windows last. The year before that was new counter tops and the bathroom was gutted to the studs.

Four bedrooms, two stories, nice neighborhood.
It needs some work. Operative word: some. Work on the floors, exterior, interiors.
Even though the house is not move-in-ready, it comes with a hefty price tag — $1 million.
It’s a badass Craftsman house though. There are some really awesome old houses in that area. People love to buy those houses and restore them. Awesome views, too.

It’s LA. That’s how it is. That’s not even a super expensive area. I’ve been to a lot of celebrity houses with this job, seen some incredible houses....with a badass price tag.
Oh, I know. Location, location, location. I still find the notion of a million dollar fixer-upper hilarious. It’s LA. That’s how it is.
A house around the corner from me sold for $620K. It was probably built in ‘59. One story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, probably 1400-1600 sq ft. 2 car attached garage.Oh, I know. Location, location, location. I still find the notion of a million dollar fixer-upper hilarious.
3 bedroom. One bathroom.What’s a 5-1/2?
Thanks3 bedroom. One bathroom.
Everything in LA right now is selling above asking price.Any real eastate on the west coast near a population center is pretty damn ridiculous. $1 million for starter home built in the 1950s is pretty stupid.
SanAn isn't that bad. Austin and Dallas are turning blue, but FW and SA are holding red for the time being. Abilene and Amarillo are dust bowls in summer but not bad during winter. As they grow, it will get better. Wichita Falls isn't bad either. The worst part? Many people have exit plans from this state due to the housing prices or have left. So if you go to St George, Phx(212 new residents a day in the greater area last I heard), SLC, etc, the prices are booming there too. I'm gonna have to move to bum**** San Antonio if this keeps up.
