Given Mayfield's recent antics I wonder how this might go for him?

I don't think it'd do anything. Mayfield's recent arrest for drugs and the whole deal about stolen goods has no bearing on his case against NASCAR, so nothing from the arrest will be introduced.

It all comes down to a person or persons making a decision. Try as they might, I think that it has an impact on someones decision. JMO
