They maybe should consider putting water barrels or something similar on the edge of that pit opening. Something that wont go flying into people if it's hit.

Also, Kahne's crew might want to get the hell out of there when they see a car coming at them :eek:
 
Everyone talks about the pit entrance. Every track has the same openings on pit road. That was freak accident, and knee-jerk is in high speed today. Not much you could do with the except cloe them off, and that won't work. Can't put barrels of water there, you'd in essence lose those pit spaces.

Freak accident, everyone simma down.

I agree. extend the wall a little so it's shaped like inward opening gates. With how the drivers side is built like a tank, with 4 steel bars and 1/4 inch steel plate, the 55 probably would have crushed that wall and rode up, coming close to that crewman standing behind the wall.

Theres a bunch they could do on the end he hit without taking up any room...just to stop it impaling the car
 
Ambrose has been all over the track all race, can't hold a line to save his life. Sucks that Smith was taken out and Ambrose is still on track.
 
JJ will take it three wide on the restart, get the lead then pull away.
