I thought he and Carl Edwards hung up their gloves years ago. Is that guy still around?

It sure seems that way this year but the #29 is fast this weekend and Harvick knows how to get around Martinsville. Kind of like DW ;)

Weather sure sounds iffy on all of the local forecasts down here. Every forecast I look at online looks different too. Whatever this storm is that is to hit seems to have all of the forecasters confused.

Who lit the fire under Jeff Burton? Last time he qualified in the top 5 Hector was just a pup.

It's a mess. 3 weather systems are converging. They are calling it Frankenstorm and they really have no idea where it will end up.

Suppose Wolfe will pit the #2 on lap 6 and try to make it fuel mileage race

We'll know what the #2 team is made of before this is over.

It this thing goes FUEL MILEAGE I say kerflouie

After watching Denny, JJ and Bowyer limp around for half the Charolette race, anything is possible.

Your boy is on the pole and has the privilege of racing Brian Vickers, Jeff Burton and Kyle Busch for the early lead.

If this thing gets rained on, is the storm going to get worse?

They could cancel it, and run it after Homestead. With JJ still on the pole of course.

I wonder where the #2 pit box will be? I bet it will be somewhere dark and scary, next to some douchebags that screw Brad up when he wants to leave.

SCARY :)

lol NuuuuuuuuuuMan!

I'll bet Paul already has a plan. It would be sweet if he could put JJ and Hammy in the same position those guys worked out in Charolette. How cool would it be if Denny, Bowyer, Kahne, Brad and JJ come out of here within 10 points?

Denny and the 11 still seem to be confused about fuel mileage.

"We've got to figure out these fuel issues that keep bugging us every single week. Fuel mileage is what cost us going two laps down in the course of the race with those cautions last week. We've got to change our strategy."

He got burned at Dover by a late fuel run, then switched to fuel strategy and burned the #2 car. So they decide to use fuel strategy at Kansas and burn themselves. Now he's at Martinsville thinking about fuel again? The guy has a Dover hangover.

Brad got a better pit selection then I thought he would. The 47 & 32 should be down a lap or so pretty quick so he'll have a good entry and exit under yellow. Also with being right before the finish line he can worry less of being trapped if the yellow should wave during a green flag stop.

This is great guys. Thanks for the pics. AJ is in the #51, right? He did pretty good last time here.
