that would be none. many new cars don't even have a spare
They should have to use a donut spare tire

BINGO. No air. A pit stop to change just tires takes around 5 seconds. Lots of videos of it on youtube. They use a dolly man front or rear center of car.
The scissor jacks would be great! Of course it would really really really extend the times of those pit stopsThey should have to use the Jack that comes with the car from the factory.
Also the lug wrench.
Lol they wouldn't if that rule was ever implemented. It's a well known fact that Toyota's come with better jacks and wrenches
that is an idea, but then you are going to have mechanics that can work and pit the car..that guy is going to make close to what two guys make, maybe more. if saving money is the goal that could backfire also.
It might slow Denny Hamlin down a little on pit road. JGR might be pushing for this...Can you imagine a driver deploring the air jack while 2 pits away?
Another 5 minute clockFeel like it creates a lot of room for failures, if your air jack fails are you done for the day then?
F1 has the most boring pit stops. A mass of people surround the car to change tires in a couple seconds, you can't really see much - blink and you miss it. They use low tech levers to raise the car, it takes one guy in the front and one in the back.
The point is that pit stops are fun to watch and the jack man is a part of it.
This ain't going to happen, not no but hell no
