Why is that? I'm unfamiliar with the kid. A brief Googling shows nothing controversial but I didn't dig in detail. Is there a family connection to Fidelity? This is unfortunate.
FLRacing is probably referencing the video below where he purposely wrecks his teammate which happened earlier this year. Why is that? I'm unfamiliar with the kid. A brief Googling shows nothing controversial but I didn't dig in detail. Is there a family connection to Fidelity?

He did this because he and his teammate were battling for the lead several laps prior, and wasn’t given any space when he tried to pass on the outside after knocking the guy out shape the corner before. He spun in the grass and lost a bunch of time. From a lap down? Well, it's obvious why Venturini didn't sign him.
And he didn't just wreck him from a lap down, he intentionally lost that lap so he could wreck his teammate who was running P2.He did this because he and his teammate were battling for the lead several laps prior, and wasn’t given any space when he tried to pass on the outside after knocking the guy out shape the corner before. In between this, he wrecked a 73 year-old trying to bring out a caution.
And he turned a guy head-on into the outside wall in an ASA race at Milwaukee. He doesn’t need to be anywhere near a national series event.
He isn't being rewarded with anything. He's renting the truck, it has a damage clause to pay if he wrecks, and as long as his people continue to pay the bills and Nascar doesn't run him off, he's racing. And he didn't just wreck him from a lap down, he intentionally lost that lap so he could wreck his teammate who was running P2.
It's pretty sad this kind of behavior is being rewarded with a truck ride. He's still running ARCA for Venturini as well.
The fact Venturini employs that clown shows what a ****show ARCA has become this season. He did this because he and his teammate were battling for the lead several laps prior, and wasn’t given any space when he tried to pass on the outside after knocking the guy out shape the corner before. What I'm surprised about is that he simply gets it back after 30 days. That’s an automatic thing in North Carolina. If you’re pulled over for a major traffic violation, your license is suspended on the spot, even before court.
Is that after conviction, or after arrest regardless of eventual outcome of guilt? The NC 30-day suspension is applied immediately after arrest, regardless of eventual guilt. A guilty conviction for DUI carries further penalties (none of them severe enough in any US state, in my opinion). What I'm surprised about is that he simply gets it back after 30 days.
Here you only get your license back after a DUI if you pass an expensive "medical-psychological exam", commonly referred to as the "Idiot Test".
DUIs are usually caught on the spot so they won't let you drive back home.Is that after conviction, or after arrest regardless of eventual outcome of guilt? Aside from that a DUI can be punished with up to one year in prison or a monetary fine according to our criminal code.
