Well, its another race weekend. I love it ! Time for the Ford EcoBoost 300 at Bristol Motor Speedway. Qualifications are Saturday at 10:30am Eastern. Race is Saturday, March 17th at 1pm Eastern.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. was on top of the speed chart in the 2nd practice session. Danica didnt as well and dropped on the chart to 26th. I hope she can make it up in qualifying and the race.

ESPN has broken a new world record for minutes in a broadcast without mentioning Danica Patrick's name in a NASCAR telecast.
 
Not watching pre-race. I hardly ever do. I turn the race on about 5-10 minutes before green. All that pre-race makes me even more nervous than I already am.
 
I'm going out on a limb and saying a Cup guy breaks the streak of Nationwide guys winning.
 
EXCELLENT pre-race coverage from ESPN, giving credit to several non-Cup and non-Danica drivers. The things they're saying, the drivers they're talking about and the drivers they're not talking about is making me wonder if hell froze over on this St. Patrick's Day (where it's 80 degrees outside).
 
They featured Johanna Long you must be so happy.
