New "what are you listening to thread"

Heading there in 3 hours. I like her should be good.
 


I absolutely love this band. Unfortunately, their sound and lyrics aren't what's popular here in the states, so they very rarely do US tours, so I'm not sure I'll ever get to see them in concert.
 
I really like this Poncho and Lefty cover by Tommy Alverson and I think Townes Van Zant penned some of the most poetic phrases ever when he wrote it.
I think I could enjoy hearing someone just reading those lyrics.

 


When I was young and a fan of country music, Martina was as my go-to as far as female artists go. Her music just seemed so real!

I have seen her perform live several times. She had such a great voice. Also very beautiful.
