If they would hire competent people in the first place, they wouldn't need to clean house every 2-3 years. I'm sick and tired of the constant turnover but these guys aren't cutting it. I like Hue Jackson, I think he was a great hire, but Sashi Brown and the guys running the show are setting him up to fail.
It all starts at the top though. Jimmy Haslam has been a terrible owner.
Sucks that local football programming every weekend is the Rams.

Somebody is gonna be in deep doo doo with the NFL and the Bucs this week. That's the most blatant uncalled for crap I've seen in a game in a long long time. Especially being instigated by a QB. The video is in the link, I couldn't get it to load straight to the page.
