NFL 2021-22

The officiating is going the Bucs' way. Crafty play by Evans to draw a PI penalty that wasn't there.

PI calls are killing the NFLs integrity some weeks in my opinion but it is what it is

The main problem for me at this point is how eccentric the customs around it are. They swallowed the whistle in the end zone because it didn't feel flagrant enough to "decide the game" etc. Then the call against the Bills occurred not because there was meaningful interference initiated by the DB, but because he didn't "turn his head" early enough and therefore Evans knew he could initiate contact and get the call.

Four interceptions.

Today.

Don't mind me, I'm just pissed. In fact, I don't think I've ever been THIS miserable as a Jaguars fan.
Justin Fields still has a higher interception rate. Yeah, you guys should totally get rid of Trevor Lawrence. That would be another smart move for the Jaguars

It’s something they would do at the front office.

They’re putting up with the Urban Meyer Show this long, and they’ve let good players walk to protect bad coaches and GMs before.

Hugely impressive play by Kyler Murray to squeeze into FG range at the end of the half and allow the Cards to tie up the game. This is a good matchup between two teams that probably aren't getting enough attention.

Then a terrible mistake by Murray with that INT. Rams now have the opportunity to take charge.

That was a good game. The rams did better then I thought they would after losing 6 players right before game day.

We really don't need 7 playoff teams

this one has grown me, I like the way that it sets up with allowing only the #1 seeds a bye, seems to have a become a real battle for the top spot. 14/32 don't mind it, think it has more teams fighting harder throughout the season thinking they have a chance to sneak in with a late season surge, and then yeah 2 extra matchups on wildcard weekend to fill it out.

I totally disagree with expanding to 17/18 games. Too many injuries.

the 17 game season, already been on record of hating it, cooks the single-season record books and the regular season didn't need to be any longer than it already was for the player's with injuries yep, 16 was perfect symmetry anyhow just a complete unnecessary change money grab as usual.

couldn't care less but the other one that perturbs me, is allowing the single digit jersey numbers out of position, why are they trying to be like college football? just a weird move. props to the no fun league on finally letting the player's just do whatever hell they want on endzone celebrations tho, that used to be tedious fines penalties etc, looks like they finally figured out it's all just entertainment.
