Look at the soft coverage on Devonta Smith, if they start exploiting the Bucs coverage it could be a game.

This is coming from a Bucs fan.

Money..... I'm guessing that would be a motivating factor for the NFL. My team, Pittsburgh, sucks big time this season. Even at that, there will be lots of eyes fixated on the game tonight. NFL..... King of American Sports. Nothing else compares.

I've come to accept the playoffs expansion as fine relative to other sports, but this not a good argument for it. Other years will be different.

However, in viewership terms the NFL can do no wrong right now, and the game will probably still do big numbers.

I think the final team making the playoffs is always going to have a questionable record and will be looked at as 'not belonging'. That is, until that questionable record is looked at as the new norm. Who knows, maybe a huge upset would do a lot more for the NFL than a predicted blowout?
