The Chiefs/Bengals series has such great potential for another legitimate rivalry for years to come. Superstar QBs, swagger, trash talk, close and meaningful games each season. Four great matchups in just the past two seasons.

I don't blame the refs for Jacksonville's loss to Kansas City, I blame multiple missed opportunities. But the Chiefs definitely got assistance from the refs in that game.

Same deal yesterday. The Bengals missed some opportunities, but man, it was clear that the refs and the league as a whole wanted Kansas City to win.

Most playoff games have had questionable officiating. The refs gave the Chargers like 21 points worth of freebies in the game against the Jags.

you must be happy with the jags performance this year. I know earlier in the year you were calling for TL's head

It was an unbelievable catch untill it wasn't a catch. Still counted though. Sucked for 49er games out there. Better be quicker on the challenge flag next time.
Anytime the player whos involved in "catching" the ball is jumping up and down like Smith was should be a clear sign to challenge the play, or at the very least call a timeout.

Niners coming apart no need for that hit.

Shocking that a Kyle Shanahan team wasn't properly prepared for a big game. Almost like hes been involved in 2 of the biggest choke jobs in NFL history.

NFC is such an unserious conference.

NFCE was the best division in football this year.

The Rocky Curse is real

Last 3 playoff games that opposing fans have put a jersey on Rocky have lost a combined score of 107-21.

Romo about killed his broadcasting career.

He caught himself.
Not sure which instance you are refering to but just this season
I listened to a couple of Romo's games by chance. IMO , the guy is
an overdramatic, over sensationalizing tool. Dont even like his fake
tough guy voice.

Also , is it possible some refs are active sports bettors or are they not allowed
to do that. There have been some questionable weird ref calls , no-calls.

I got impatient, lol.

The turnaround has been something else. Doug Pederson and Trevor Lawrence haven't just turned the team around, they've changed the entire culture.

Just some coincidences. ;)
The Eagles have been to superbowls 15, 39, 52, and now 57
15+39+52+57=163
They finished 16-3 including playoffs.

Lincoln was elected 163 yrs ago
Eagles play in Lincoln Financial

The “super bowl” is being broadcast on 2/12 -Abraham Lincoln birthday who freed the slaves and now we have the first time ever 2 black qbs in the superbowl

Patrick mahomes does the State Farm commercials now he goes to State Farm Stadium to play in the superbowl

ESPN is reporting this superbowl features the 2 youngest qb vs qb ever at combined age of 51yrs old while the half time performer will be Rhianna who was born on the 51st day of the year

Additionally....Chris Stapleton will be singing the National Anthem....his birthday is April 15th
Lincoln died on April 15th.... ;)

Legit bummed, wanted to see him with the Niners, Raiders, or whomever, and wanted him to keep going until he was 50.

Will be interesting to see how the Fox gig goes, as Burkhardt and Olsen were gelling quickly.

The Raiders kick Carr to the curb and decide to go all in on a run for Brady in free agency.

Brady retires.

So the best QB available on the market is now Carr.

Life as a Raiders fan... :XXROFL:

I have a feeling Brady will unretire soon and play for San Francisco.

Possibly.
If not, despite the rumors that they won't bring him back I expect San Fran to make a run at re-signing Jimmy G.

They have a very solid team all the way around. And he and Purdy both looked better than Lance imo; with Purdy out for all next season after his Tommy John surgery Jimmy would be the safer bet to get them back to the playoffs.

Purdy is out for all of next season?

Yeah, I guess his elbow is worse than they first thought. They said the Tommy John surgery would keep him out at least a year. And it's possible the recovery time could be longer.

I just hope Purdy has a good recovery. This season was an incredible one for him and it just doesn't seem right for something like this to happen.

Same here. I always root for the underdog, and a Mr Irrelevant going on a run like that was a great underdog story.
