Don't know that he actually hurt it --- reported back spasms.
I've had my back seize up while doing ordinary things --- like beginning to sit down.

O.T. but my uncle had back problems and he told me about his "upside down machine"...I had been having some lower back problems too so I bought a heavy duty one (figured better to pay more if I'm trusting the thing to hold me semi-upside down...on a big slant anyway). It takes up a lot of space but it was a great buy. A half an hour on it three days a week or so and lower back pain is a thing of the past :).

I've discovered that 2 hours every morning working with a chainsaw, picking up fallen limbs, carrying a 2 gallon pump sprayer around, or on a lawn tractor cutting 5 acres does wonders for my back. No trouble with this Spring. :D

Haha!...that sounds like a lot of work...I think I'll stick with my upside down machine :p

Great a caution...And now another word from our ABC station:owquitit:

They let the team take the car back to the raceshop last night to fix it then bring it back.

i didn't get this myself. i know he didn't go to a backup, but being able to leave the track and take your car back to the shop, should be reason to have to go to the rear of the field. didn't look that bad. seems

Why would the largest oil company in Japan sponsor an NNS car? I guess all the Execs are in their luxury suite with their cameras .
