Did anyone else hear that Greg Ives, gave up his position as the engineer of Jimmy Johnson's 48 team, to become Chase Elliot's crew chief? As well as Chase has been running this year, and how sub par Jimmy has been running, do you think Ives has been the one that was working the magic for the 48 team? Maybe Chad isn't the one that was making things happen over there. Just something to think about.

He was Regan Smith's crew chief last year too though.

Can somebody tell me what happened to Elliott? I just saw the last 30 laps or so and saw he was in 38th so I pretty much assumed he smacked the wall. Cut tire or did he just lose it?

Something broke in the car. Sounded like cut tire but his tires wernt down
