Although those Toyotas certainly have acted like they own the road lately , it was a classic pit road incident as the driver of the SUV wasn't paying attention and clobbered the Toyota when it was clearly exiting its pit box.

Looks to me like it was the Toyota's crew chief's fault for clearing him to exit. It's definitely Toyota's fault somehow. That I'm sure of.
