It’s still prestigious, but this is nowhere what it used to be.

The Duels are pointless now. They’re trying too hard to make qualifying a show. And honestly, I’m disappointed how little hype there is especially from Fox compared to how much there was for Los Angeles.

While I get that the sport has been in a decline, the hype for the 500 began to dissipate quickly with the launch of FS1.

I would gladly watch the multiple lanes and spread out racing at Fontana over anything at Daytona and Talladega, hands down.

I had to go to Jayski to avoid the ad BS. I had no idea the D500 was this weekend. Found out today.
I’m still getting my house back together. @Clutch is gonna be here soon.
Can’t wait for Fontana.

A solution to a non-existent problem. People wouldn’t be divebombing to the apron in turn one because self preservation instincts would kick in before they got dumb.

If you don’t want someone going there, build a wall.
 
3 out of 4 HMS cars were really fast tonight. I'm not sure what happened to the 9 team in qualifying.

I don't think Elliott's head was in the game. It could be the car, but with three of the Hendricks sitting one, two, three, it's pretty telling to this layman. I''m sure they will be looking at the data instead of gussing like I am lol. I don't think it is going to make a hell of a lot difference for most of them when they are in the wind.
