I haven't heard the spotter communication so I don't know what the spotter said - but he should've told Bowyer JPM was there.

McDowell's running in the Nationwide Series. Someone realized it wasn't a good idea putting someone in a Cup car after one year of ARCA. Red Bull should've been paying attention to McDowell's troubles especially after Toledo.
