Rainbow or Flame?

I'm Rainbow Warrior all the way. It's probably my favorite paint scheme ever. Especially next to the contrasting black of Dale Sr.

The flames looked nice too, though. Including the later black version. All of the Dupont designs were great thanks to Sam Bass

My vote goes to flames. Easily one of the best looking and most iconic schemes.

I prefer the flames but it’s not as iconic as the rainbow.

The great thing about those times was the paint scheme stayed the same week after week and was easy to follow your driver on TV and at the Track.

In those times, sponsors could afford to cover the entire season.

For me personally, the rainbow is his most iconic scheme ever. But my favorite was his 2014-15 Axalta flames car, that scheme popped with the black base and I always thought it’d be cool if JG drove a black car.

Yeah, all of the Dupont/Axalta schemes looked great. Even some of the one-offs like the flat black Imron and the white/blue Standox looked really good. Hell, all the Pepsi and most of the AARP schemes looked good too. Other than the original Nicorette car (before they switched to the flames), it's hard to find one JG paint scheme that doesn't look nice.

My favorite Pepsi car was the blue on blue flames. That looked incredible....

But I'll try and keep this on topic.....

The original fire and flames by a LONG WAY, even though I am a fan of both. In my opinion, it's not even close.
