How much to run a Xfinity/O Reilly's team for a year? A lot. It reminds me of an old business joke. I'll customize it for this discussion. How do you make $1 million dollars racing? Start with $5 million.

I didn’t link an article because there are so many different ones out there on the news, and this may belong in the podium. If so I apologize, but just a thought.
With deportation raids now coming to Charlotte for Operation Charlotte’s Web, I wonder if this will affect any NASCAR teams being their home base. I read a little about it and haven’t heard anything about any so far.

They ran them out of Chicago, they are ready for them in Charlotte.

I love the tactic in Chi-town of people buying out street vendors ASAP so the vendors could go home, then taking what they bought to food banks and soup kitchens. There might be more to Big City Life than I gave it credit for.
The whistles everybody bought was a nice touch. Carried over to Charlotte. Pamphlets, seminars etc. The latest is what is border patrol doing? They are limited to 100 miles from the border.

Nothing in either article says the current federal action in Charlotte is targeting trafficking. The closest the second one comes is
Residents questioned whether these operations ('a series of overnight raids' of unspecified purpose) were helping or worsening the conditions that traffickers exploit.

Maybe they will do like they did in Chicago at an apartment complex in the middle of the night. Have their cameras set up for the news photo ops, drop out of the helicopters, flash bang grenades going off, round up women and children, segregate them according to race while ransacking their living quarters while looking for criminals. Detain hundreds. Ends up they couldn't find anybody to arrest, had to let everybody go. 🤡

There was an episode of DBC i forget one but sometime this season that said the trucks are getting a new design in the next few years.
I heard something about getting carbon fiber bodies. It's kind of strange to me, the truck series should have had them first.
