I need to think of something new for here
That is a great pointAnd the postrace coverage was on NBCSN, for an hour and a half.

Its same as FOX, NBC and FOX are both using Game Creek Video, but you are correct about TNT , they used Game Creek as well. You are aware NBC's coverage is literally the same as TNT's coverage.

You are aware NBC's coverage is literally the same as TNT's coverage, with the exception of the announcers, right? Same EP, same producers, same crew essentially.
I have to agree with this , for the most part, I like jaws, but he did show this year that he is past his shelf live for TV many times this years, and some of the ass kissing of certain drivers got old a long time ago.TNT's coverage was fine. NBC's coverage is fine. Fox's coverage of Cup is fine with the exception of Jaws.
The only broadcasts that are really not very good are ABC's IndyCar broadcasts and FS1's Truck Series broadcasts.
So I must of miss you complaining last weekend when FOX Sports did the same thing with Tony?, can you point it out to me? , and they spent more time following Tony around than they did Brad, but before you say it, I know, it was Tony winning, so its ok.After Brad won they spent too much time talking while following him around the track on his way to victory lane. They could have used that time to interview other drivers, instead the result was just Brad's interview on the NBC broadcast. .
Kept getting promised that if something happened during commercial they would break away and come back to the broadcast, except for when Tony Stewart blows a tire.
While the number of commercials is one thing, cutting away with 15 to go after the racing was finally getting good was ******* annoying as hell.
While I like Rick Allen he was not in mid season form tonight. He kept stumbling over his words.
You had to go to NBCSN to get any other reaction from other drivers. Sucks for those who don't have NBCSN.
So , I went back and timed it, and I am going to be using my DVR's record time for thisYep, and it was just as bad. It wasn't just too many commercials either. Couldn't hear the announcers for half the race over the engine noise. You would think that would be a good thing, but it was just an annoying mumbling over the sounds of the engines. While the number of commercials is one thing, cutting away with 15 to go after the racing was finally getting good was ******* annoying as hell. That was when Tony hit the wall. Could have had an awesome call by Allen there, but they were away at commercial. While I like Rick Allen he was not in mid season form tonight. He kept stumbling over his words. That is just some of the issues, wasn't all commercials that killed the broadcast tonight.

At the 3 hour and 9 minute mark, the checkered flag was thrown, they showed Brad till just past the 3 hour , and 13 minute mark.
From 313 to 314, was a commercial break
314-to 316 they showed the points
316 to 318 it was Brads victory lane interview
So the TLDR, they spent 4 minutes showing Brad K doing his post race celebration
to naysayers......guess ya'll will have same negative message at kentucky . ???
due ta maybe ?? ha!
" ain't never good enuff " ......is a " loser attitude " .
but carry on ..............................
The Kentucky race will also probably suck because of the repave and it being a night race.
Yeah, they could of stay on for another 20 minutes, in my market, following the race, was video game basketballEveryone has forgotten that last year, when NBC has a ton of postrace coverage, the race ended at like 3am and NBC could stay on until First Look came on if they wanted to. Can't imagine local stations would've stuck around for 20 minutes of postrace coverage tonight.
Two Saturday night races in row, oh yes, happy dance over here.to naysayers......guess ya'll will have same negative message at kentucky . ???
due ta maybe ?? ha!

I will agree with you that they dropped the ball big time not showing any replays on the Joey/Kurt incident, for the most part, they just ignored it outside of interviewing Kurt, that was bad.

And to think NBC gets to cover all the races to the end of the season.
Race...5
Coverage...any time I don't have to hear a Waltrip brother, it's a 10.
Actually.... yeah, you're right!C'mon, admit that when you're alone you enjoy yelling out boogity, boogity boogity! at the top of your lungs for no reason.
yep......negative .....right on cue !
I'm expecting the worst, but hoping I'm wrong. Dale Jarrett mentioned last night on the post race show that Kentucky will be very fast and just one groove. I presume he is basing that on the recent tire test. Add to that Goodyear's decision to back off the planned tire, due to graining, and bring a more durable tire. Sounds like one of them "clean air is king" deals to me. Hope I'm wrong.IDK if Kentucky will suck or not but I will tune in to find out. Hopefully it will be a good one as you can never tell anymore.
