Can they do that on non-street/road course tracks?

Would they have done this if Gordon or Kyle were on pole? Giving those guys some free laps lead could of had an outcome on the chase spot.

Martinsville and Richmond are two very different speeds for short tracks, the speeds they run here I'm not quite sure it would work but that's just how I've heard things about them.

I'm considering Roanoke, near Richmond. Only reason I haven't signed a contract is because I don't want to start over with my life......AGAIN. But it might be for the better.
