So what do you all really think of Kurt? Do you still despise him?

Good documentary about Kurt Busch. I watched it last night. Gave me a new perspective on KB.

Kurt Busch will drive the #41 for Stewart-Haas Racing in 2014

On Monday night it was reported by Jim Utter with The Charlotte Observer that Kurt Busch will be driving the #41 for Stewart-Haas Racing in 2014.

Kurt Busch made a lot of noise off the track recently when rumors first broke that he would be heading to Stewart-Haas Racing in 2014. After Stewart-Haas Racing confirmed that Kurt Busch indeed would be racing a 4th car for the team, the main question remained; what number will Kurt drive in 2014?

Monday evening a number of sources confirmed to The Charlotte Observer that Kurt Busch will be driving the #41 next year for Stewart-Haas Racing.

As for a sponsor, last month it was announced that Haas Automation (owned by SHR co-owner Gene Haas) would sponsor Kurt Busch in 2014.

With the addition of the #41, Stewart-Haas Racing’s 2014 car/driver lineup includes the #4 of Kevin Harvick, #10 of Danica Patrick, #14 of Tony Stewart and #41 of Kurt Busch.

He can definitely wheel a racecar. I don't hate him, he's not my favorite either. Honestly nascar needs personality though and the SHR camp should be fun to watch next year

I was at the Phoenix race when Kurt got busted for DUI and Roush dumped him.. I thought, what a F'n idiot.. But after seeing him drive his way back into relevancy, I gotta give him credit.. He may not give u the pre- rehearsed rhetoric like J.J. And Jeff, but the dude has a passion for racing.. I hope he does well in the chase and next year with Haas

Yeah, I'd rather not throw drivers under the bus. But trust me...Kurt is easy to work with. Definitely been easier than Regan (I've said that before).

We've got a fun announcement tomorrow. Tune in to Fox & Friends at 7:30 AM if you want to hear it live, otherwise Jayski and all the usual NASCAR writers will report it shortly after. We'll also be on NBC Sports from noon-one.

After Kurt's performance at Loudon yesterday, I thought it was time to drag out this old thread. His explosion at his crew over the number of restarts and his handling problems showed to me that the nice guy stuff is just a well-polished act and deep down he is still one of the biggest a**holes in the history of a**holism that he's always been. Not only should next year be interesting, I think just the rest of the chase this year should be interesting. I think he's just about one loose lug nut away from going thermonuclear at everybody in sight.

Still, in terms of pure technical ability I think that he is one of the best drivers in NASCAR right now.
Agree with the post. Kurt reminds me of Barry Bonds, a total jerk.

Can you imagine if Jr had half Kurt's talent.
