The House o' Bob is serving pulled Buffalo chicken sandwiches with a lot of dip, spinach, hot peppers and salsa on the side. The ranch dressing is the key to good Buffalo. I have heard guys use peppercorn ranch too. How early are people getting up to smoke the brisket or smoke whatever you're smoking? What does the bar menu look like? Let us know. Laid in some good bourbon here and some of Canada's finest brewed beverages. Will be personally sipping some cheap Epic Vodka (produce of France) and seltzer. Good bargain stuff that tastes pretty good in a mixer. I may have a light beer but trying to cut some weight so I'm off carbs. The bourbon is to toast the winner.
