Sprint Cup @ Phoenix

Kasey Kahne's going to win this race. He's so good at this track and the Hendrick cars are superior to anything out there with this new car.

Why do they say stuff like "the 43 car has a history of running well here"....as if it's the same car that ran here over the years? It's silly...(O.K. - maybe the team has good notes I guess)

Kinda like giving us the rundown on the history of N. Dame vs Alabama in college football when the two schools hadn't played each other in over a decade.

It's like saying "I have an axe used by George Washington. Sure, the head's been changed a few times, and the handle has been replaced a lot."

There's been a lot of paint trading in this race. NASCAR should just run 10 races a year at Phoenix, 10 at Martinsville, 10 at Bristol and six road courses.

One thing I noticed earlier.... did anyone else notice FOX changed the intro sequence. During the Shootout and the Daytona 500, they showed a car flipping sky high and the other cars driving below him. This week, they cut that part out of the intro.

Haha....I love the "crank it up" feature (not)...when they zoom by the microphone they sound like a bunch of wound up Karman Gias...it's just not the same if you ain't there.

Note to self: even at a Sprint Cup race, pedestrian still has right-of-way.

Hi ya'll, new here, officially sick and tired of seeing posts asking "where's digger?".
Please point me to the nooby thread if you have one, otherwise I'll start by asking:
Doesn't Newman have to go to the care center after hitting the wall?

I have some simple time saving steps for purchasing Raceview from Nascrap.com

1. Open wallet and pull out 4 crisp 20 dollar bills.
2. Open nearby window of tour house.
3. Set fire to your money (gasoline optional), to insure you can't get it back.
4. Toss your money out the open window.
5. Call local fire dept incase you used too much gasoline.

See how quick and simple that was, No login, not wasting your time on the phone on hold for an hour and a half and still haven't talked to anyone yet!!!

Welcome. If the car does not make it back to pitroad under its own power, the driver has to go to the care center.

Welcome, SuperTex. And Digger is not wanted around here. LOL
As far as going to the care center, if I remember correctly, a driver does NOT have to go to the care center if they drive back to pit road.
