I have, but I'm a skier, not a boarder. A friend of mine who writes for Powder Magazine invited me on a trip to Lost Trail Resort years ago in Montana that he was assigned to write about the new terrain they planned opening. We spent two days exploring the new terrain and were escorted by sleds driven by the ski patrol. It's was epic and something I'll never forget. I'll try to dig up the story he wrote about it and post it.

These days I like to hike to the goods and enjoy not hearing anything but the sounds of my skis going through the snow and earning my turns.

I do try to make it up to Mt. Bailey every year in Oregon to do some cat skiing on my birthday.I'm booked for two days in March and have my fingers crossed that the conditions will awesome

Me at work yesterday watching the 1991 Daytona 500 with the golf course in the background. We have 9 out of 27 holes open right now. They're expected to take covers off of 9 more midweek to have 18 ready to roll for the weekend. I'm very thankful for my job right now.

I think later this summer (when more NF roads open) I'm going to hike some routes around St. Helens. It's an area that I haven't really explored.
