I understand the temptation and am glad we’ll get another attempted finish, but either establish a firm rule for the last ten laps of the race or take it as it comes. I don’t like the impromptu winging it.

Ever since the 2014 running this has been their usual practice for incidents inside of 10 laps to go. Fortunately they’re pretty consistent with it. Short of incorporating GWC-procedures it’s a good way to help ensure the fans get a green finish.
