Hello all!! It took me forever and I think I may have broke a sweat but I read through the majority of the thread in record speed and finally caught the leader! :dirtbike::pbjtime::dance::waver:

Doing good but busy. Finishing up little over half way through my Masters degree. In class right not listening to final research projects. Almost as fun as watching grass grow.

When I was in school I felt like my life was pretty much on hold. I'd squeeze in a conversation when I could and that was about it. Good for you!!

Thanks. I started my B.S. degree at 47 years old. Finished in 2012 and now trying to get my Masters. My goal is to when darlin wants to win an argument I can show her who's the master! Think it'll work?

Ok here we finally have gotten some rain the past couple days and big storm sposed to be here in the early morning hours we need the rain bad.....

I'll be really glad when I'm done.Been a short but long process. Only 4 classes left but one's not available till next fall.

Man your doing great way to go there Mr Dave......I remember talking to you when you were at the shop and hail was comen down so hard I have never heard anything like that before....

Ugh.. I know that can be annoying. I have a co-worker, retired army, who is working on her doctorate. She's worn out. She wanted to take a semester off but can't because if she does, the next course she has to take won't be available for a year. So she's going to push on through. It's hard working and going to school. And I remember Cathy doing it not too long ago too. It's really admirable that you are doing this as an adult.

Good question with your blonde hair you belong in So Cal at Malibu!!!! I have a niece who moved to Chicago a few weeks back. She tried it 2 winters back and hated it she a beach gal born and raised in Newport Beach so they came here and he hated it here so thy went back......There in Glenwood Liz says that's close to her......

Fer true pop's. It was coming down that day! We are dang cold here today. Was 75 yesterday, 33 today. And you know what that does for the back!

Thanks for remembering Lin, yes I finished school, became a nurse and am now the Administrator. 35 employees and 28 residents. It was TOTALLY worth it.

I had the one in 2008. MRI last month shows a bulging disc one above the one I had fused. Found out this week my galbladder is not working. Maybe a couple new surgeries in months to come. Galbladder will be piece of cake. Going to do it first in case it's some of the pain I'm having. Lost my lifelong MD this year to retirement. No new doctors will now take me as a patient since I was on pain meds. 2 pain managment doctors have refused me. 1 bone doctor has refused me...Haven't had any pain meds since August. So you knows how I feel and how much sleep I've been getting. Hows your's doing? Patches still working?

Oh it is so tempting. As soon as my youngest grand daughter (who is 5) is a little older I will be seriously considering going south.
