The official RFFL 2019 thread (the former yahoo fantasy league)

I looked again and I'm in two leagues. The DGG league and The RFFL 2018 league. It looks as if he didn't change the 18 to 19.
 
It will probably be tommorow before I get things sorted out.
I will open up the laptop and try to write out all needed log on steps.
Would do it tonight but after a 12 work day, I want to wait till tommorow.

I don't blame you I would also. I just followed the yellow brick road and now I'm set up and have picks in both leagues.

If you have already registered try the following, I believe these are the links @Johali mentioned. I believe the league provider needs to update the league to the 2019 one as well. I am following up to get this corrected.

Use this log on link. It can also be found on the page using the first link.

Simply log in. If you don't remember your password one can be easily obtained and sent to your email address.

3. Once signed on the

Yep. I logged in with my account from last year, and the league we played in last year came up.

If you created a new 2019 league, I can't find it. Using the search box (set to private) pulls up our league from last year.

It looks like this game switched websites in the past few days. In that case, *perhaps* the league you just created for 2019 disappeared with the change.

If so (though I could be wrong), we might as well keep last year's league and rename it.

@Greg, you should check the password to join and make sure it matches what you have on the first page of this thread.
 
The website admin is away from his email until the 28th.
I am going to wait until the 29th before I ask for support to resolve the issue.
I appreciate everyone for participating and the time all you have invested.
I would love to resolve the 2019/2018 issue immediately in order for everyone to have confidence in the league.

Personally, I am confident everything will be resolved and running smoothly in plenty of time for the Daytona 500.

Thanks bud. The only thing wrong with mine, as I stated is, he forgot to change the 8 to a 9 in the new game. I have my picks in for the Daytona 500.
 
So I’m trying to log in and there’s no record of my email or me signing up, I used the links on the first page. What happened?

2. Full disclosure: I just asked the league provider for help. He was away from his email this past weekend and I didn't want to slam him with needing assistance on Monday morning.
3. I have asked him to correct the 2018/2019 display confusion.


Please do not confuse my delay with a lack of enthusiasm. I will be posting the race results every week as I always have.
You will have the results to track how well you are performing as always with the full intent of keeping you interested all season. .

Once the 2019 issue is resolved I will work with all that are having any other sign up issues. I want every member to be a part of this league and it will happen.

It's always a little rocky at the start of something great!

You're getting this email because you're one of 137 players that are possibly really frustrated with the Driver Group Game so far.

I didn't put a check in my code to see if an email address already existed in the database. When you gave up on resetting your password and went ahead with filling out the registration form again (and some of you again and again) it created a new account with your same email each time.

Since you should only have one unique id, everything goes wrong from that point forward. Logging in, Lost Password, Finding your leagues.

I've merged all your accounts back to your original. If you created a new league with your 2nd (3rd, 4th) id, you should find them along with your old leagues. I will put a 'DELETE LEAGUE' button in your Commissioner Dashboard if you need to get rid of one. That should be later today. I apoligize for this snafu. I just fixed another issue (joining a public league) I'll be sending an email out on later today as well.

When looking to join "The RFFL 2019" league in the new Driver Group Game, one continues to get a "No matching records found" message.

imo, if we are going to go with the new and improved rules that Greg has established for this season, "The RFFL 2019" league needs to be created in the new version of the game and then we simply abandon "The RFFL 2018" league.

All interested participants, with team names as specified in the original post, could then join the newly created league.
 
The name has been updated to the RFFL 2019.
My fault in this case. It took 30 seconds to fix it once he explained matters.

Looks good 'cept that @Snappy D and @dirtfan will need to join "The RFFL 2019" league on the Driver Group Game page.

Also, just wonderin' but are BushBrothers and GrayAreaMotorsports members of the forum ?

I don't see where the new Driver Group Game site (https://drivergroupgame.com) allows for avatars.

Because there isn't a "Leave League" icon on the DGG League page like there is on The RFFL 2019 page, it appears that the DGG League is the game's home page and will list everyone that's entered to play the game.

A new twist to this year's game is that you must make pick's for every league that you're entered in as opposed to just making picks one time only.

You're shown as a member of The RFFL 2019 league in the previous version of the game on the Fantasy Racing Cheat Sheet site (https://fantasyracingcheatsheet.com).

However, along with @Snappy D, you don't show up as a member of the league in new Driver Group Game site (https://drivergroupgame.com).

Looks like you might need to register on the new site (https://drivergroupgame.com) and then join The RFFL 2019 league there.
 
I can't help with avatar issues. I just want to ensure we get everyone signed on and ready before the 500.
