From the article:
Kvapil, who drives for BK Racing, currently ranks 27th in NASCAR's Sprint Cup standings. He has one victory this season.
When did this victory happen? Did I fall asleep that weekend?
Errr, he beat his wife, didn't he?
That's a win.
She should date Dale Jr. He can't beat anyone.
She should have an affair with Kyle and get a win of her own.
The "after an investigation" part has me leaning toward this being a minor incident blown way out of proportion. I hope that's all it was. If she was bruised, they would have hauled his ass away on the spot.
Actually, arrests in domestic violence cases are very rare and only happen in extreme cases.
The only famous words I ever heard kybu say are "SOMEBODY HELP ME ( insert drivers or owners name here ) IS GOING TO KICK MY ASS.To quote the famous words of Kyle Busch ................. "he wont be missed"
All it takes here is an accusation and a neighbor saying they heard loud voices or telling the police to screw off.Actually, arrests in domestic violence cases are very rare and only happen in extreme cases.

You can't make this stuff up:From Jayski..
BK Racing posted a photo of Kvapil and Reutimann's race cars on Twitter around 1:00pm/et on Wednesday showing both cars with ribbons supporting Breast Cancer Awareness and Domestic Violence Awareness. That photo was pulled from Twitter after news of Kvapil's arrest broke.
You can bet Travis is fully aware this morning.

Andy is still a little woozy from that hot dog high he had last weekend.I'm going to give him a couple more days before I believe what he's saying. That's a lie. That's not remotely true and you know it. The majority of domestic abuse accusations are lies and the charges are dropped. False accusations are actually the majority of abuse accusations.
I'll wait until the facts come out to pass judgement.
Although, after an incident with Danica earlier this year he did say "I'm going to ******* kill her" so maybe he does have a few screws loose.
That sounds reasonable. I think I'll do the same.
Too each their own, but in my opinion making light of domestic abuse is in very poor taste.

In multiple states the police are required to take somebody to jail in domestic disputes if violence has taken place.Actually, arrests in domestic violence cases are very rare and only happen in extreme cases.
On what planet? Here on earth, (in L.A.) if someone has a mark on them and they claim it was from their spouse somebody goes for a ride. It doesn't have to be a bruise and it doesn't have to be blood. It could be a scratch or a red area from being grabbed. If you aggressively put your hands on someone and there is the least bit of physical evidence you get a free trip to the pokey.Actually, arrests in domestic violence cases are very rare and only happen in extreme cases.

that's fore sure. we will never know the whole truth. guilty or not this is not going to be good for him.If someone physically harms a woman I want them to suffer, it is no laughing matter.
I just want to reserve judgement until more information is offered. Those he said she said affairs are difficult to read in some cases, depending on who's telling the story.
