Travis Kvapil arrested for assault on female and false imprisonment

Lol, that's why I made sure to put 'for a fact'. At this point they are letting him run because the accusations are alleged. It doesn't look good though.

Huh? Do you know what "for a fact" means?
 
The way I understand NASCAR's statement is that since nothing has been proven, they will not take action right now --- innocent until proven guilty. I would
expect that if the charges are proven true, then NASCAR will take action.

Yes. NASCAR has an ongoing investigation right now. They are watching developments.(per jayski) At this point they are allegations. Which is why he is allowed to run by NASCAR and his team.

What I said is IF NASCAR knows(finds out), FOR A FACT, that Kvapil is guilty of what he is accused, they should have no problem parking him.

Sorry for the confusion, thought it all made sense.
