Surprise he's actually in the car at all.
Are you kidding? Didn't you hear he won a race this year?

ALLEGEDLY.Wow, really doesn't look good for Kvapil, can't imagine NASCAR lets him run knowing, for a fact, that he grabbed his chick by the hair and hit her in the head. Talk about over the line.
Are you kidding? Didn't you hear he won a race this year?
I wonder who the writer mistook him for. lol
As of now. We'll see if any developments happen before Saturday night. If there is any truth to what is being ALLEGED, I'm sure they'll park him.he is in the car this weekend.
he is in the car this weekend.
Maybe David Ragan, since Kvapil used to drive for FRM.I wonder who the writer mistook him for. lol
how can they park him?As of now. We'll see if any developments happen before Saturday night. If there is any truth to what is being ALLEGED, I'm sure they'll park him.
how can they park him?
but it's a he said she said. They can suspend him, I assume if the allegations are true this would go right along with 'actions detrimental to stock car racing'
Lol, that's why I made sure to put 'for a fact'. At this point they are letting him run because the accusations are alleged. It doesn't look good though.
but it's a he said she said.
Huh? Do you know what "for a fact" means?
Obviously, I couldn't have put it better myself. HahaThe way I understand NASCAR's statement is that since nothing has been proven, they will not take action right now --- innocent until proven guilty. I would
expect that if the charges are proven true, then NASCAR will take action.
