Great weekend. Disappointing in a way, but overall have just always wanted TRD to put its drivers in a position to win. Did that. I'm with ya...on to Phoenix.

Well TRD held up except for Boywer so good for them and glad Denny didn't get that win. Gonna be come good competetion the rest of the year.
 
...and the Toyota's ran like crap? SMDH. As for the nah nah stuff....didn't think any of that was directed at anyone as a way of shoving it up one's arse. If you took it that way, I apologize. We good. Don't want to turn a great forum into a pissing match thing.

the Shrub got trimmed...long overdue. TRD plate power=huge? Turned out to be a false alarm. Might want to run Kyle full time in the trucks, he really does well..and he looks good in a truck.:)

Yah Harvick "trimmed" a lot of drivers last night, Danica appeared to have more car control then he did. :laugh:

Conditions at night leveled the playing field. The advantage TRD guys had was more as much in handling as it was motor--I understand that everybody is crapping themselves over the thread title. Even with that, they would have had 3 in the Top 10 if if wasn't for the 4 thing. Good night.

Bullspit. JGR TRD won the unlimited and the duels at night. If anything the night racing should have made them better. HMS just stayed under the radar and R-Y came to play. The TRD power wasn't that much different than any other team's, it was all a matter of how lucky you were in the draft. The first real test will be at a track like Michigan in the summer when the RPMs are pushed to max capacity and the heat is a factor.

If that's true, then Harvick's a bigger douche than I thought he was. Daytona is not the place to get revenge on somebody, too many cars too close together going too fast.

don't believe I said anything about revenge? End of the race less than 5 laps..12 hours later and they raced harder that I have ever seen. Looked like a racing incident, no give and take..Didn't exactly turn out roses for Harvick..Looked like Kyle was trying to block and he got the worst of it. Long overdue= Kyle has wrecked more drivers than he has been wrecked. Ask Kasey and Kez for starters..Coulter..on and on.

I wasn't crazy about it when Kyle dumped Kasey at Daytona last year either. Thought you might be implying Harvick's bump of Kyle last night was the latest chapter in their ongoing feud. Sorry if I misinterpreted.

Hell it could have been a lot worse Rev, its real important that the JGR guys were all running and near the front, wouldnt you say ??? Looked like Kyle did his best to get back up there but there wasnt much opportunity to pass or move around

I think Toyota had a good speedweeks. They have never won the 500 or cup champioship. So while they are still under the Bowties shadow it still should be encouraging for the little pups.

Perhaps, they can win a 500 one day and the title. Trevor Bayne won a 500, so take heart maybe one day it will happen, perhaps, maybe.
