Trucks In Canada

Just saw the finish, I think both are at fault for it, Ty set himself up for that ram and Chase just stomped on the gas when he saw him go wide.

Yes, common sense.

I didn't referrence Petty to validate what happened to day at all. I merely brought him up because even Petty who has by far the most wins, and almost most records in NASCAR did what he had to to win.

Fact is, you dont win 200 races without any sort of drama.

You cant 100% confirm he didn't crash or moved someone out of the way to win.

You'd be lying to yourself if you think he went 35 years in this sport without any sort of controversy because of how he won this race or that.

I'm sure you can understand why I'm having a tough time believing a man can go his entire career without having wrecked a single car for whatever reason.

Also just to put it out there, I'm not saying the King was a dirty racer either. Just that even the greatest of them all moved a car or two from time to time.

You have been doing more just putting things out there, you went on Kahne is a "*****" crusade last week and you make it sound like it all comes down to a last lap demolation derby.
Petty is a racing god that shouldnt be used to back up some non existent fantasy.
Try using "Cole Trickle" as an example, it would be a lot more credible :)

Or you just have difficulty coming to grips with the reality of things.

The end.

I'm just extremely disappointed at how things turned out, man I wanted Ty to win it sooo bad. I yelled at the TV when it happened, everyone in the house staring like WTF, but man I was pissed.

Invasion of space all the same.

Thing I dont like about Papis is that he thinks he has some sort of right to start trouble in a series where he only races what? 3, 4 times a year?

He hasn't earned that right yet.

Max didn't start trouble. So he shows emotion after the race....fine. that's one thing what makes racing great. On the track, a "ringer" shouldn't go after or intentionally wreck someone, especially a regular competing for a championship. Which he didn't do.

Chase was not racing for points and he dive bombed Ty, which was unnecessary. His actions may have affected the outcome of the championship. Sure it made for an exciting finish but he could have finished second and gained a ton of respect.

Ty wasn't winning the title.

Ty wasn't winning the title.
that's a big part of it. Ain't no way Ty was going to win the title, and where the hell does it say in the rule book that drivers who don't run all the truck races are supposed to yield to a points racer? Give me a break. o_O

Ty wasn't winning the title.

I said MAY affect the outcome of the championship. Those 13 points he lost could be valuable in the end. I'm not a Ty fan anyways. glad to see you can predict the future.

Never said anything about there should be a rule for non points racers to yield to points racers. He could have won the race a different way. Finishing second and not wrecking him or making a pass without spinning him would have gained respect. As said before, I'm a fan of using bumpers and door to door contact but not wrecking.
