I'd bet he make a reference to a kerosene rag and ants. Can imagine dale SR's take on this?

We don't have to. I remember a slap-fest skirmish between Tony Stewart and Robby Gordon, not long after both had come to stock cars. Sr's comment? Can imagine dale SR's take on this?
I'm a fan of the drivers emotion, misguided and all. No need to suspend or sit anyone out.I wouldn't suspend Kyle or anyone for the little line dance but I would make it clear that if something like this happened again the driver would be parked for a minimum of 1 race. If Nascar wants to keep this sort of thing going I could compromise but only if they allowed drivers to exit their cars and toss their helmets at the driver who they were mad at. That was just good clean fun.

"Is that the way you open-wheel boys fight?"
Naw, I don't think it would be OK for a driver to do this every time. But I do think it would be justified if it manifested over time. That is not child's play. Based on what I know about Sunday, I don't agree that Kyle was justified in the punch attempt. My guess is the author just took an opposing view to increase his or her clicks. Do you think it is OK every time a driver thinks he has been screwed over on track to try and fight the guy he is mad at after the race?
I think Carl Edwards learned to comment about such things after he watched the replay (the heat of the moment can get out of hand before seeing the replay). A lesson Kyle is still trying to master.
I'm thinking Kyle being the talk of the NASCAR Driver Trailer Park next weekend will probably be enough punishment for him.As much as I dislike kybu I think him getting a suspension over this would be stupid. Now, another punch or three in the snoot would be just fine with me.
Kyle Larson has a Target on his hood.... just hate that Joey has a Target on his back now justified or not.

While I don't think Kyle should be suspended, I agree his actions weren't justified. A quick look at the replay before charging off would have shown him it was a racing incident, that Logano got loose coming off the apron; nothing intentional.I think Carl Edwards learned to comment about such things after he watched the replay (the heat of the moment can get out of hand before seeing the replay). Yeah, and the other one keeping him company wasn't exactly svelte either. If 'Rocky' is remade, they could play the sides of beef hanging in the meat locker.I don't want the emotion taken out of the sport....far from it. However NASCAR has to do better at seeing this coming and getting the big security guys there BEFORE chit happens. Let em push shove, yell, whatever. But no fisticuffs.
PS- Did you see the size of that one NASCAR "OFFICIAL" ? YUGGGGEEEEEEEEE!
Some dude at Autoweek is a Kyle hater ? I am shocked
Suspending him would be a huge overreaction which coincidentally describes racing-forums.com's reaction to this story. Oh how I wonder what would have become NASCAR should the internet have been around back in the day.
Can imagine dale SR's take on this?
There are no haters.....just dislikers.
yup, somebody needs to steal kurt buschs meds.NASCAR needs this kind of drama, very, very badly. I don't see how anyone can argue with this. Kyle's temper has single-handedly given NASCAR more attention than any close race or points system could have.
Sr. didn't HAVE to hit anyone..... The intimidating part of him was enough.... ask Rusty Wallace after the Bristol water bottle deal........Chocolate Myers said that Sr. never hit anybody. Heard it on NASCAR Radio, so it's true.
Kyle Busch should be given a large bonus for promotional value to NASCAR. Almost every major media outlet reported on this, making it a huge win for the PR department. If he broke Joey's nose, it would have been even better. Suspend him? Ha Ha Ha..........This isn't WWE: NASCAR must suspend Kyle Busch now

Yeah. And that in and of itself makes Joey a WUSS. His crew should have stayed out of it. So now, they will most likely be suspended. The rules are different for crew members who jump into a fight. Let the 2 parties involves work out their differences. Was everyone afraid that Joey might lose a few of those precious teeth that he uses to mock his competitors every time he screws up?Kyle was a man on a mission to get to Joey after the race. Unfortunately, for him, Joey's jackman, gasman, tire carriers and tire changers were there to "change his mind."
So, you're saying that Joey's "body of work" did not justify what Kyle did? Ask Matt Kenseth, Kevin Harvick, and many others how they would respond to stellar resume' that Joey has built during his career. I would have slammed his ass on the ground.Naw, I don't think it would be OK for a driver to do this every time. But I do think it would be justified if it manifested over time. I guess I let the click bait author get the best of me.
Hmmm...noOne thing I have learned from this latest kerfuffle is that a boatload of Nascar fans don't seem to give a hoot about about what occurs on track as long as they can see tempers flare after the race. Nascar could save a lot of money in R&D and changes by ensuring you have a couple or 4 drivers at the end of each race that want to engage another driver in fake fistfight.
After watching Race Hub last night and Joey's explanation about his entry into turn 3, I am giving Joey the benefit of the doubt on this one. Also if you are going to lean on someone intentionally I would suspect you would do it with the front of your car not your left rear quarter. Kyle knew what he did to Joey and Kyle's first reaction was that Joey retaliated. So, you're saying that Joey's "body of work" did not justify what Kyle did? Kinda like there is no "new Kyle" ?
I am certainly glad our boy dispelled that ugly rumor

So, the old Kyle is the new Kyle now? This is confusing....and now we have this new Kurt. Are you the old @kyle18fan or the new one?

Kyle is almost better than the old Kyle

As much as Kyle enjoys racing I bet he is looking forward to the day that he retires and can be himself 24/7.
Lmao no matter what anyone thinks, says, implies, or assumes.. Joeys still one of the best drivers out there and no amount of butthurt drivers or fans is going to change that.
In all this drama with other drivers I cant think of a time they didnt deserve whatever Joey did to make them mad in the first place.
Its not even just that. Sure Ill admit Im biased.. But so are most of the ppl who have bad things to say about any driver. I just think some ppl have the blinders on a bit tight for their own good.RESPECT. dont like your driver.....but respect your fandom.
