I'm a fan of the drivers emotion, misguided and all. No need to suspend or sit anyone out.
 
Kyle Busch should be suspended for the next year!!! His actions are extremely detrimental to NASCAR!!! He should be arrested and put in prison!!! They should take his family away so he can never see his kid again too!!! His wife should take all of his money!!!

Upon further review none of this should happen just wanted to be dramatic. Honestly I feel what Kyle did is quintessential Nascar and really don't have a problem with it just hate that Joey has a Target on his back now justified or not.

Naw, I don't think it would be OK for a driver to do this every time. But I do think it would be justified if it manifested over time. That is not child's play. Based on what I know about Sunday, I don't agree that Kyle was justified in the punch attempt.

I guess I let the click bait author get the best of me.

I'm thinking Kyle being the talk of the NASCAR Driver Trailer Park next weekend will probably be enough punishment for him.

You know what will happen, because it almost always does..... #18 & #22 will be garaged or pitted next to each other at Phoenix. Heck, maybe their motor homes will be conveniently be parked by each other.

While I don't think Kyle should be suspended, I agree his actions weren't justified. A quick look at the replay before charging off would have shown him it was a racing incident, that Logano got loose coming off the apron; nothing intentional.
 
I don't want the emotion taken out of the sport....far from it. However NASCAR has to do better at seeing this coming and getting the big security guys there BEFORE chit happens. Let em push shove, yell, whatever. But no fisticuffs.

PS- Did you see the size of that one NASCAR "OFFICIAL" ? YUGGGGEEEEEEEEE!

Kyle Busch should be given a large bonus for promotional value to NASCAR. Almost every major media outlet reported on this, making it a huge win for the PR department. If he broke Joey's nose, it would have been even better. Suspend him? Ha Ha Ha..........

Yeah. And that in and of itself makes Joey a WUSS. His crew should have stayed out of it. So now, they will most likely be suspended. The rules are different for crew members who jump into a fight. Let the 2 parties involves work out their differences. Was everyone afraid that Joey might lose a few of those precious teeth that he uses to mock his competitors every time he screws up?

So, you're saying that Joey's "body of work" did not justify what Kyle did? Ask Matt Kenseth, Kevin Harvick, and many others how they would respond to stellar resume' that Joey has built during his career. I would have slammed his ass on the ground.

After watching Race Hub last night and Joey's explanation about his entry into turn 3, I am giving Joey the benefit of the doubt on this one. Also if you are going to lean on someone intentionally I would suspect you would do it with the front of your car not your left rear quarter. Kyle knew what he did to Joey and Kyle's first reaction was that Joey retaliated.

I loved Sr., but I'm going to stay consistent with how I view drivers. I don't have to believe the legend because I don't care if he kicked the crap out of everybody.

He already is IMO. This is media crap. There has only been one Kyle, and some of us like him just fine.
 
NASCAR is promoting the heck out of this. TO me this is one of those have a public face and a different one in private.

I also think Allenbabas notes on joey are interesting....if this is right, Kyle has a lot of drivers DMing him on twitter thanking him. I know Danica has prob cooked a nice meal for him :p
 
Lmao no matter what anyone thinks, says, implies, or assumes.. Joeys still one of the best drivers out there and no amount of butthurt drivers or fans is going to change that.

In all this drama with other drivers I cant think of a time they didnt deserve whatever Joey did to make them mad in the first place.
