What to do without our Nascar

Anybody have a line on a Daytona apartment available for the 500?

(note: I've been told - by the inexperienced - that I need to "get a life". I just smile. Just let them get a life...I've done it and it's hard ;))

Yeah that sucks... I hope everything turns out well for him.

Really I'm just hoping he didn't do it.. because if he did then really he deserves what he gets... I just hope that it is a false accusation. I'd hate to see any driver take himself out like that.. especially after all he's been through the past few years.

Well it started from a conversation we had about another driver and turned out to be he got Jeff Gordon and I had Jr. who finished the highest each week won that week.
I had a lead at one point but that went away quickly and we were neck and neck for the last few weeks. Big Daddy leads by one so best I can do is tie.

My Gator friendly friend will win or tie:D
 
Football for me. And I guess I could also do some schoolwork on Sunday afternoons now :D

Yeah, and I was there for it, and it was fantastic.
 
I will do some Quail hunting and shoot Sporting Clays most every weekend. Come to think of it I do that all the time anyway, Nascar does not rule my life by a long shot.
 
install new carpet and door panels on the 67, getting ready for OC car show in may.
 
Will be glued to NASCAR Radio to see what happens with my JGR crew chiefs, and count the days down to Daytona. I will miss the testing, but oh well.
 
I still have two unwatched Rolex races on the DVR. Maybe some pro football, but only if there's nothing else of interest to do that day. I'm not into college ball or basketball. For some reason I'm just turned off by the notion of watching anything on my computer; don't know why.

We've lived through it on here every winter and have survived until February as we will again this off season.
 
I, started by spending a week lying by the pool at, a friends vacation house in Palm Springs.

Let's see: Caraway Speedway tomorrow, MAYBE Pensacola next week (looking doubtful though), Dillon Motor Speedway in January for the New Year's Street Stock race, maybe Cordele in January for CRA Speedfest. I'll live. :)
