What to do without our Nascar

I can't believe no one is going to take up crocheting. I'm shocked.
Lol,...I hate to say it but at about 7 years old at school we had to do a bit of French Knitting at Arts and Crafts,
.
It stopped there! :D

lisa, I've been crocheting like crazy --- trying to get ahead for family reunion in the Spring.

Clutch, I wore out many a wooden spool doing that. Haven't thought of it in years.

I have been spending the last couple of days worrying about Champion Harvick's speech. Have you seen the Hunt Brothers commercials? Rough. Yeah, I said Champion Harvick. He is our champion. Deserves respect. So, now he gets some from me.

I remember having to do some kind of needlecraft at that age, although I don't recall exactly what. Fortunately, the winter migrants have reached my bird feeders, so there's that.

Middle of getting another job, finishing my degree, bought a car, and other things. I'm pretty sure I can stay busy over the off-season. Grass needs to be cut once more, side of the house needs trimming.

Got this Mustang around back to finish cutting up to scrap, a patio to finish, shed needs to be cleaned, varnish the wood deck my dad built.

I have plenty to do during the off-season...

I'm a slow crocheter, TRL, but I love it. I'll show you my hat when it's done.

You guys can always follow my winter thread. We'll be getting started before too long.

For me the off-season is for getting the local track stuff ready for next season.

And also for working on the honey-do list, as well as giving her more attention.
May not be the manliest thing to do, but it buys me in-season race time.
