Which driver have you seen win the most in person?

Here’s my list of drivers I’ve seen win and how many times, in chronological order.

Bobby Labonte
Jeff Gordon x3
Bill Elliott
Ryan Newman
Kurt Busch x3
Carl Edwards x2
Denny Hamlin
Greg Biffle
Tony Stewart
Brad Keselowski x2
Kasey Kahne
Dale Jr
Matt Kenseth
Martin Truex Jr
Kyle Busch x2
Kevin Harvick
Chase Elliott
Kyle Larson

I never saw Jimmie Johnson win even while going to Dover 7 times since 2001

Kurt and Jeff tied with 3 each. I doubt that changes.

just realized I forgot I saw Brad Keselowski win the clash in 2018 and Hamlin win it in 2016 but didn’t add it to the list. I’ve also seen Larson win in sprint cars.

I saw Jeff Gordon win 7 times, including all five of his Brickyard 400's, and Jimmie Johnson win 5 times, including all four of his Brickyard 400's.
I was there in 03 and 07!

I've been to only 3 tracks. New Hampshire, Dayonta and Indianapolis.

Tony Stewart has won at every track I've been too. Man, his career is worth more than 49 wins. I can't believe Smoke has never had more than a 6 win season.

If we’re just talking Cup, Dale Jr. only been to one and saw him win Dega in 2004.

All of NASCAR? Probably Kyle Busch as he won both Trucks races I went to at Atlanta. Tho I did see Matt Kenseth win twice in one day in 04(Busch and IROC) as well. But I seen Kyle win a non NASCAR race back at at a CARS Tour race I went to at Watermelon Capital Speedway. Saw Chase win that day also lol.

Then you have Matt Kenseth who has won 3 times and Kyle Busch three times.
Smoke and Jr I've seen win twice.

This includes 2 first wins Truex and Ragan (should of been a third until Kahne crashed in oil leading Dover in 2004) and one last points win Johnsom 2017 (though for awhile it looked like 2013 would be Smokes last win)

Hmm, this should be interesting. I need to list it out to think about it:
Charlotte fall 1988: Rusty Wallace
Bristol night 1991: Alan Kulwicki
Rockingham 1992ish?: Kyle Petty
Coke 600 1992: Dale Earnhardt
Coke 600 1993(?): Jeff Gordon
Long hiatus.....
Then went to all Charlotte races from like 2015-2019. So I guess the only guy I saw win multiple times was Truex?

I’ve seen Hamlin, Gordon, Johnson, Harvick, Logano each win 2 races.

From there there’s many drivers I’ve seen get a single win… Dale Jarrett, Michael Waltrip, Dale Jr, Terry Labonte, Mark Martin, Larson… to name the first who come to mind in Cup races.

Interesting question. In going to NASCAR races for almost 40 years now, honestly no particular driver comes to mind. No way can I remember all of them. Someone else mentioned other series and even those I can't pinpoint any particular driver, maybe Steve Kinser. The one driver that does come to mind is David Rogers. We would go to a lot of short tracks in Florida in the 80's and 90s. In 1994 he was named NASCAR's National Short Track champion primarily because he won all 22 late model races at Volusia.

Some of the more interesting drivers I’ve seen win include:
Scott Speed : Dover Truck 2008
Regan Smith : Darlington 2011
Brian Vickers : New Hampshire 2013
Austin Dillion : Coke 600 2017

I think I have seen only Dale Jr. (2004, 2014 Daytona 500s) and Jimmie (2006 Daytona 500, 2015 Atlanta) win two Cup points races. I saw Gordon win a 2002 Twin 125 and 2005 Daytona 500, Harvick the 2013 Shootout and 2014 Ford 400.

I’ve seen Stewart, Bayne, Mikey Waltrip (125), Hamlin, Kyle Busch, Edwards, Byron, Bell, and Chase all win once.

Jeff Burton , Jeff Gordon, Kurt Busch @ NHIS
Jeff Gordon 1@ Charlotte, 1 @ Pocono
Denny 3 @ NHMS
There are more I need to cross reference with the ticket stubs...

Keselowski- Spring Talladega 2009
Stewart- Summer Daytona 2012
Keselowski- Fall Talladega 2017

Interesting note I realized a little while ago: my driver, Newman, has finished top 5 in the three Cup races I’ve attended

Probably Gordon. Went to both Bristol races 90-98 so however many he got there. Saw him win the 500 when I thought he was going to kill Ricky Rudd, went to the first Brickyard So he won that. I’d have to go back and lookup the races I went to since 90 but I’d say Rusty the second, Saw his last at Martinsville. Only got to see my favorite Mark win 2 times. The Bristol night race when he was on his 4 win streak and Dover. Also saw Mark win the Clash at Daytona same year Gordon almost killed Rudd.

Logano 3 - barf
Brad 2
JR 2
JJ 2

And a whole boat load of others once.

For me, it's probably Jeff Gordon, Rusty Wallace, or Kyle Busch since the three of those owned Bristol for a time and that's where most of my race attending has been. I didn't see the Labonte-Earnhardt scuflle #1, but I did see the second one. But to show my age, I have seen Richard Petty win twice and Bobby Allison once all at Atlanta.

Chase Elliott's dad... one time it was a small race called the Daytona 500.:)

Well, have been in garages and bars with them more than as a spectator.

Did any of them WIN when in the garage or bars… lol it’s who you seen WIN most in person not seen most. So that wouldn’t count.
Beer race. Who can down 10 the fastest. Mrs Larson as good at that as Kyle is in a car race I imagine. :XXROFL: :XXROFL:
