This is the first series I have actually looked forward to in years. Pretty split on the predictions from us on here, although the Sox seemed to hold a sentimental edge for a lot of us.

No doubt it should be a good WS regardless of who wins.

Here's a thread for later, we can bump up as game time nears. Everyone enjoy the game!!

Just checking it out ..... good idea 97 !!!!!

Can't wait until the game starts tonight !!!! ^_^

Yeah, I am looking forward to the game. Wonder if Damon has come down off cloud 9 yet.....quite a performance in game 7 by him. If only a few of the Sox would get their hair cut. :)

He looks better with the hair too me ... something about his face without the hair.

Anyway ... my opinion.

Actually, Damon doesn't look too bad with his hair. I was thinking more of the hair of Ramirez and Martinez. :)

GOOOOOOOOO SOX!!!!!!!!!!

I like both teams, for alot of reasons. None really puts one team on top of the other for me. So really the only thing I am hoping for is a good series (go to game 7 I hope, with long inning games), and the best team wins.

right now its 4-2 top of the third, larry walker just hit a hr

go cards!!!

now its 7-5 heading into the bottom of the fourth. t hese teams are really scoring some runs. both starteres have been knocked out of the game. looks like a long night for the bull pens...

Thanks for the update, dude.
hey no problem

cards have scored 2 runs with 2 out in the top of the sixth. the score is now tied at 7.

ortiz just got another rbi, he grounded one of tony womacks shoulder or upper chest right below the throat. womack is coming out. that ball took a really weird hop to hit him there too

thats ortiz's 4th rbi tongiht...

I certainly hope that Womack isn't hurt bad! That was a very hard hit ball! And yes, dirtymo, it took a very wierd bounce right into Womack's left collar-bone.

error by manny, another run, tied at 9 still one out...

YES !!!!

Hope the birds get their cages rattled again tonight !!!!
