Sorry, bow, but that post(s) was made on Monday when no game was scheduled to be played. The game was played on Tuesday. :p

oh ok, didn't pay attention to the date.

Because that would take all the fun out of it lappy. And, not all of the guys would get to participate in the game if that happened. (???)

You owe me $100. There wasn't a game Monday night at all, so there was no way they could win.

^_^ SUCKERRRRRRR!!

And either way, the Cards did lose. I'll expect my Ben Franklin post haste.

i said the same thing after game 3 of the alcs and look how that turned out...

but deep down, do sox fans really want to win? they and the cubs are the only true speacial teams in baseball, they're lovable losers. if the sox win the world series they'll be just another team. having the curse is what makes them speacial. if they win, what else is there? they can't say wait till next year.

besides, i think it'd be better for them to lose these next 2 games so they can win it at fenway. and if it does go 7 games, game 7 is supposed to be on sunday night, holloween. what drama that would be for sox fans, going up 3 gamaes to none and then lose three in a row. and it being holloween, the ghost of the babe could be anywhere...

but, as hard as it is for this yanks fan to say it, the sox desereve it this year, and in their town, and sox deserve to celebrate in beantown and not fenway, but i do think they will end up winning tonight.

Yeah that would be great for the fans to win it at home but, I say end this one as soon as you can.

See your point there Dirty Mo but I'm with NascarUp ... my nerves couldn't take 7 games. ^_^

Trot Nixon rips a 3-0 pitch and 2 runs score. Sox 3---Red Birds 0,
Cardinals have not lead this world series.
