I've thought about that as well. Brandon's contract is most likely already signed so what should JRM accuse him of? Winning?

I'm not too worried about what management thinks, although I still think it's a wrong foot to get off on, but he may be working with a lot of those same #9 crews guys next year and they are trying to win a race and a championship too. If he can get by clean, fine, but if you have to rough Noah up to get it done, well that could be an issue.
