I think the kid has clearly proven that in a decent race car, he can get good results. I'm not expecting miracles next year, but I think the 88 car's performance will be worth talking about again.

Well, given the choice, going into the start of of his first season in Cup with HMS, I'd take Bowman's resume over Johnson's at that point in time. I am not going to make any wild predictions, but I think Bowman has a good chance to be a star.
