Competitive cars don't fall from heaven, it takes time, work and the proper equipment to make them happen. How many races did Kyle win in a KBM truck ?

not many lately since they tightened up the inspections.

Is Ross Chastain likely to have an impact on Harvick’s playoff efforts? Or does Chastain have a clandestine group of Cup drivers plotting diabolical retaliation for Harvick’s efforts to clip Ross’s non-existent Xfin Championship possibilities?

Who knows, but Harvick sure didn't help Chastain's (who BTW) races full time in Xfinity and with the team he drives for was quite an accomplishment.

IMO Harvick did not need to attempt to pass there. It’s a risky move and presto* consequences.

But he decided he could make the kid blink by going in deep while passing a lapped car on the turn. The kid did not blink, neither guy lifted but RC held his line while KH was unable to hold his.

Harvick does a four-wheel drift and put Chastain in to the wall. Chastain comes down and whoopsie-daisy clips Harvick and that’s that.

Harvick now knows the kid will not back off, just think of it as school.

Chastain has a new understanding of what happens when you take away someone’s side force through a corner.
He seems to really be setting the world on fire in the Cup race.
