Xfinity RACE thread --- Iowa

It was humid and bizarrely we had a thunderstorm, which almost never happens. But sure, I know what you're saying. I grew up in Kansas City, I'm well aware and have been to many races around there in 95+ degree heat. I don't remember ever avoiding anything at 91 degrees, and I don't believe there were hordes of people doing that today. What the hell do they do from June to September, sit inside in the A/C? Never mind, I know many do just that.

Truck night race was also poorly attended. Imthe Xfinity race is not a night race because TV prefers Sunday afternoon timeslot.

The "stars" were there, just no cup drivers. Of course they are the "stars of tomorrow".
It’s kinda like people who are obsessed with NFL football but **** all over CFB.

Literally the same sport with different faces. I think they are more uncomfortable with unfamiliar territory than the sport itself.
