That 20 car can drive itself sometimes and win though.

I agree that is SHOULDN'T have drawn one but if it had happened a hundred laps earlier, it would have drawn one immediately.

Huh? I saw every car drive away from it, and out of harm's way. To end the race for that is silly.

The Overtime Line is the dumbest rule in racing.
